Who Are We?
We at Sailboat’s Sneakers are a small group of individuals passionate about sneaker culture including resale, restoration, and customization. The founder, Sailboat Lewis, has been involved in the sneaker culture since 2004 when he fell in love with various types of skateboarding sneakers including Supra and Nike SB. As time went on, his passion for sneakers expanded and has encompassed a broad selection from different brands. Sailboat’s Sneakers was officially established in the summer of 2016 and continues to expand weekly.

Why Sneakers?
The sneaker industry has changed dramatically over the years and continues to grow at a substantial rate. The growth and continued change is exciting however, negativity and judgment can sneak into the culture. We at Sailboat’s Sneakers see sneaker choice as an expression of self and are always emphasizing ROCK WHAT YOU LIKE. It’s our main goal to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and can confidently purchase a pair that stands out to you.

Where are we getting all these kicks from? How do I know they’re authentic?
Fake/unauthentic(UA)/replica sneakers have gotten better and better through the years so skepticism in the industry is at an all time high. All sneakers sold by Sailboat’s Sneakers are purchased via Sole Supremacy “beater boxes” or from reputable footshops/footsites including but not limited to SNKRS app, YeezySupply.com, adidas.com, Footlocker and more. We have 100% confidence in the authenticity of our products and are more than willing to get an authentication check completed if you need additional information.

Shipping Information
All shipping by Sailboat’s Sneakers is completed via USPS priority mail. Shipping will be completed within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping information will be provided as soon as it is available. Shipping costs are factored into sneaker pricing.
Shipping on all items with original box will be double boxed with any additional packaging material necessary to protect the purchased items. Sneakers without original box will be single boxed and packaged with additional packaging as necessary.
Additional insurance coverage is available with all shipments. Please email Sailboats.Sneakers@Gmail.com if you feel additional insurance is warranted for your purchase.
At this point in time, shipping only within the USA. All inquiries regarding international shipping can be directed to Sailboats.Sneakers@Gmail.com
Return Information
Because of the nature of selling used sneakers, ALL SALES ARE TO BE CONSIDERED FINAL ON USED SNEAKERS. Please take the time to examine ALL pictures prior to purchase to ensure condition; additional pictures can be provided upon request; please e-mail us at Sailboats.Sneakers@Gmail.com with requests for specific pictures.
Returns on NEW sneakers are CONDITIONAL. Sneakers less than 6 years old, in deadstock, unflawed condition may be returned provided THEY ARE UNWORN AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. Please email me at Sailboat@sailboatssneakers.com to begin the return process. All return shipping is at the expense of buyer and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Sneakers that are older than 6 years and still new MAY NOT BE RETURNED. The reason for this is that materials may age with time and demonstrate age related damage. Because of this, all new items older than 6 years old will be considered “Vintage”. “Vintage” sneakers are to be worn at the risk of the buyer and are not recommended for wear by Sailboat’s Sneakers.
